Shipping Policy

At Vitabie we are committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way. Standard shipping takes approximately 5–7 business days after processing. Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location carrier delays or peak seasons such as holidays. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders which will be displayed at checkout. Expedited shipping options may also be available at checkout for an additional fee. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update once the label has been created. Vitabie is not responsible for delays caused by carriers weather or other factors outside our control. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it please check with neighbors or your local post office. If you still cannot locate it contact our support team at support@vitabie.com and we will help resolve the issue. For packages lost in transit we will work with the carrier to either reship your order or issue a resolution. At this time Vitabie ships only within the United States. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout as Vitabie is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you have made a mistake please contact our support team within 12 hours of placing your order so we can make corrections before processing.
